For the last 15 years, my career has always centered on service, protection, precision, and reliability, From helping people get their vehicles back on the road as an automotive technician to maintaining communication between troops in battle as an electronics and communications Marine In The Military, and later Leading People Through Projects as a mechanical engineer in the automotive, medical, and Military equipment manufacturing industries. Basically, I dedicated my life to improving people’s lives any way I could, and i did it as a single mother of three!
I navigated the Journey of My Career blessed with three children. At home, I cared for my beautiful, energetic, and kind-hearted daughter, along with my two equally amazing fur children, beagles Obi and Lando. While I enjoyed every milestone of my career, and the pride that came with being a part of something that made people’s lives better, balancing such A demanding Job with the Quality Time i hoped i could spend with my family proved to be a constant challenge.
Like many busy professionals and parents, I made it work by using my personal time off or paid leave, or I found myself sitting in lobbies many evenings after work at appointments. I was happy to be able to spend some time with my family on weekends, But I often had to fit in errands, fully to the family time that I wished they Were. This cycle kept the helper and improvement seeker in me wondering why the support that I needed at home didn’t exist for my boys. A service that could help me get Obi and Lando to Appointments and Activities During My Work Hours, So I Could Focus My off-Hours on Family Time.
When COVID happened in 2020, remote work days became a blessing. i switched to a job where i could use my lunch breaks to drop obi and lando off, then pick them up after work. Friends and family learned of my routine, and before I knew it, I was an unofficial pet taxi service myself! I helped Coworkers and Retired Neighbors for a Little over a Year, but unfortunately, the variability in appointment lengths, my limited lunch time, and unpredictable work hours made it extremely hard to maintain. Motivated by my love for family, My Ever-Present Passion To Help People, And The Urgency To Give My Fur Children Their Best Lives, I Traded My Car In For A Transit Van, and CHAUFUR Pet Transit was born.
Today, I continue taking my deep love for animals and rigorous, safety-focused, and efficiency-driven background to ensure every furry friend who travels with CHAUFUR travels in the most secure, comfortable, and caring environment while making it a fun memorable adventure for them! My Chaufurs are pet parents themselves and treat each passenger with the same devotion that we give our own fur babies — providing you with Genuine peace of mind and your furry Treasure with the joy and adventure they deserve to and from every destination.
